How to Use

  1. Warm the bottle slightly in a cup of warm water.
  2. Tilt head back or lie down with head extended.
  3. Administer 2–3 drops in each nostril, preferably in the morning.
  4. Inhale gently and rest for 1–2 minutes.
  5. Avoid exposure to cold air for 30 minutes after use.

Best time: Morning, on empty stomach or 30 minutes before meals.
